Interplay Skilled Trades Desktop app: Error finding 3D sim launcher
This typically happens because either your antivirus or firewall software is preventing the installation of certain packages required for our desktop app to run properly.
To solve this, I would suggest opening your File Explorer app and typing the following into the address bar: %APPDATA%\..\LocalLow
Once you have found this address, delete the folder titled Interplay Learning
You will then need to enter the following into the File Explorer address search: %LOCALAPPDATA%
Once you have found this address, delete the folder titled Interplay Skilled Trades
Once these folders are gone, try uninstalling/reinstalling the app again, preferably with admin privileges, and your firewall disabled (if needed). If you continue to experience this issue, please contact support.
