Mastering Content Assignments: Assigning, Editing, and Deleting Content for your team in Interplay

This article will navigate you through assigning, editing and deleting content for your users to ensure that your team’s learning paths are always up to date.

Understanding these steps makes it easy to deliver courses, paths, and assessments to teams or individuals. By mastering these tools, instructors can streamline content distribution and keep learners on track!

How to Assign Content

  • Navigate to the Command Center from your Team Dashboard.
  • Click Assign Content and choose the type: Courses, Paths, Assessments, etc.
  • Select the group(s) or individual(s) to assign content to.
  • Set a due date, which can be customized for each piece of content.
  • Review and confirm the assignment

 

Assign Content from Overview Pages

  • Visit the course, path, or catalog overview page.
  • Click Assign and follow the prompts to choose users, groups, and due dates​

     

How to Edit or Delete Assignments

  • Go to Team > Command Center > Review Assignments.
  • For edits, click the pencil icon and change the due date.
  • To delete, select the assignment and click Delete Assignment​.

Now, your assignments are easily managed and adjusted!
