      Downloading a User's Certificates from the Team Page

      View and download the course and path certificates your user's earn from their individual progress pages found through the Teams tab.

      You must have the role Instructor or Instruction Assistant in our system to be able to utilize these features.

      Access the user's progress page

      View the Team Member tab of the Team page that the user belongs to. Find the team member in the list and click on their row. You will then be taken to their Progress page.

      Access the Certificates sub-tab

      Click on the "Certificates" sub-tab to view a list of the certificates earned by the user.

      Click on a listed certificate to open a in-window pop up of the certificate. You can then use the icons found at the top of the window to download the certificate.
