Are you a team admin curious about how your group is progressing? Watch this short video and follow the steps below.
Check Detailed Progress from Member Account
From your Instructor or Instructor Assistant account, click the Team tab at the top of the screen.
If you have multiple groups, click on the desired group to view it.
Click the Team Members tab at the top of the screen to see all the group members.
Click on the team member you want to view, and scroll down to the Progress section.
All courses are shown by default. Completed courses are green. Assigned, uncompleted courses are blue. Overdue assigned courses are red. Non-assigned courses are gray.
To narrow down the courses shown and make it easier to find the course progress you are looking for, click Filter at the top right.
Hover over the course you want to check, and click Progress.
A colored box appears for each completed activity. A green box shows the student passed that section of the course. A red box shows the student failed that section of the course.
If a student completes the activity more than once, a box is shown for each, with the most recent on the right. For example, in the Knowledge Check example below, the student failed the first attempt and passed the second attempt.
Check General Progress from Command Center
From your Instructor or Instructor Assistant account, click the Team tab at the top of the screen.
If you have multiple groups, click on the desired group to view it.
Click the Command Center tab.
Click Review Assignments.
Locate the team member and assignment you want to check.
Type a name or email address in the search field to narrow down the results and make it easier to find what you're looking for.
