What does it do?

Course Builder allows you to create custom online courses from scratch. You can upload videos, images, and external links to build unique lessons for your learners.


How to Use Course Builder

1. Create a New Course
    • Go to Command Center > Manage Content.
    • Open your custom catalog and click Add New Course.
    • Choose Online Course and select Use Course Builder to add activities.
2. Add Lessons & Activities
    • Create Lessons by clicking the "+" button.
    • Within each lesson, click Add Activity to upload videos, images, or external links

3. Upload Content
    • For video activities, upload your .MP4 and optional .VTT file for captions.


4. Publish the Course
    • Once you’ve added all content, click Publish to make the course visible to learners and instructors. Note: After publishing, you can no longer edit the content.

  • Can I edit content after publishing a course?
    No, once published, the course cannot be edited.
  • What file types can I upload?
    You can upload MP4s, images (PNG, GIF, JPG), and external links.
