      I Haven't Received My OSHA Card. Help!

      OSHA cards usually ship within 2 business days after successful completion of the test, but occasionally, they can get lost in the mail! In this article, we'll go over how to request a reprint for these cards from CareerSafe.

      I need a replacement card, what do I do?

      No problem! Your first replacement card is free. 😌

      To order a replacement card, you'll need to head over to your SkillMill account, navigate to the course, and log in to CareerSafe. 

      Once you've reached CareerSafe, you'll follow the steps below: 

      1. Click the "Your Account" link.
      2. Click "User Properties."
      3. Review the shipping address for accuracy.
      4. Click "Back."
      5. Click "Transcript."
      6. Click the name of the OSHA course you wish to order a new OSHA Card for.
      7. In the "Outreach Card Information" click the button "Request Reprint."

      Please be sure to check your address in CareerSafe as it does not bring over information from SkillMill.
