When entering into the world of SCORM, all of these secrets might feel a little...sus 👀
However, I'm here to assure you, that's not the case! As you first begin your journey with us, and we begin the first few steps of getting you set up and ready to go, you'll be hearing the words "secret key" and "secret token" spoken quite often!

Secret Keys and Secret Tokens, are they the same thing?
Yes, they are exactly the same thing! Depending on who you're speaking to, you'll hear "key" and other times you'll hear "token," but they're both the same thing! #twinning
What are these Secret Keys and Tokens?
When you join Interplay Learning and begin using our product, you'll be assigned a token. This is an identifier specific to your company/establishment and is tied to your content and users!
Do I have multiple Tokens?
Think of having a token or a key as having a social security number - you only have one and no one's is the same!
If I'm on LTI Advantage, do I still need a secret key?
Yes, everyone will receive a secret key/token, regardless of whether you are using SCORM, LTI or LTI Advantage.
How do I get my secret key?
During your onboarding we will provide the key to you! If you lose it, don't worry, we can always get it for you. 😀
