How to Enable and Disable SAM for your Team

• If you have received a notification from us that you’ve been accepted into the Beta group, SAM is automatically available for your team 
• If you want to disable SAM for any of your groups, follow these steps:
• Navigate to Team in the top navigation
• Select the group you would to disable SAM for
• Navigate to Command Center for that group
• Scroll down to “AI Integration”
• Select “Disable” for the group
• Click “Save Changes” 
• SAM will now be unavailable for all users in the group you selected

All conversations with SAM are stored in our logs - submit a ticket to our support team if you would like access to information in these logs.
