What are the device requirements for simulations?
Simulations are available through a browser or tablet app. The simulations can also be paired with virtual reality equipment for a fully immersive training experience.
Browser Requirements
- 64-bit operating system: Simulations run on most modern 64-bit browsers, including Google Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer are not supported.
- 8GB of RAM is highly recommended. Simulations may load on a machine with 4GB of RAM with reduced speed and performance. Simulations will not load on a machine with less than 4GB of RAM.
- Most Intel i3, i5, or i7 processors should be sufficient. Machines with Pentium, Atom, and Celeron processors are sometimes not powerful enough for the simulations, so results may vary.
- You should have an internet connection speed of at least 15mbps.
Tablet Requirements
Simulations will not run in a browser on tablet or VR devices. To run simulations on an iPad, Android tablet, or VR headset, you must use the Interplay Learning or Interplay Learning Player app.
