Earned Rewards Report - Template
All reports will always start with the following columns.
| First Name | The user's first name |
| Last Name | The user's last name |
| Group | The name of the group where the user has a membership |
| The user's email |
The Earned Rewards Report will always include the following columns.
| Reward Name | Name of the reward created for the user |
| Date Earned | Date the user completed the requirement for the reward |
| Reward Requirement | The requirement to earn the reward |
Earned Rewards Report - Customized
These fields are always available to add to customized reports.
| Job Title | Optional field the user can fill in |
| Platform Role | Role in the platform that determines a user's access level |
| Location | Optional field the user can fill in |
| Joined Date | The date the user was added |
| Last Activity Date | The last time the user made an attempt on a learning resource |
| Total Lifetime Points | Total points the user has earned, all time |
| Organization | Optional field the user can fill in |
| EPA # | Optional field the user can fill in |
| NATE ID | Optional field the user can fill in |
| User Points Earned (Chosen Time Frame) | Points the user earned in the time frame for the report |
| User Points Earned (Total Lifetime) | Total points the user has earned, all time |
| User Time Spent (Chosen Time Frame) | Time the user has spent learning in the time frame for the report |
