How do I change my password?
Follow these steps to update or reset your password.
- Log into your account.
- Click your name in the top right corder and select Profile.
- On your Profile page, click Subscription and Account.
- Click the Change Password button.
- Enter your password, re-enter your password, and click the Set Password button.
If your team uses a custom-branded Interplay Learning page then you may have different login options available. Ask your team admin for help or contact our support team if you're not sure how to log in.
Can't log in to change your password?
No problem! Follow these steps to reset your password.
- Visit the login page.
- Enter your email address and click the Continue button.
- Click the Forgot Password? link.
- Verify you have entered the correct email address and click the Send button, which will send you a password reset email.
- In the password reset email, click the Reset Your Password button.
- Enter your password, re-enter your password, and click the Reset Password button.
