How do I edit or delete assigned content?

Learn how to make changes to content assignments.

Editing Assignments

  1. While logged in as an Instructor or Instruction Assistant, go to Team > [select the desired team] > Command Center.

  2. Click on Review Assignments.

    Optional: If you want to edit assignments for multiple subgroups, make sure you are in the Command Center for the main/parent group and select Include Subgroups in the Group dropdown list.

  3. Locate the assignment you want to change and click the pencil icon to edit it.

    Optional: To edit multiple assignments at once, check the box to the left of each assignment and click the Edit button at the top of the page.

    To help find an assignment, you can type a name or email address in the Search box.

    You can also click the up/down arrows next to Assigned To, Content, Assigned, Due, Last Activity, and Progress column headers to sort the assignments in ascending or descending order.

  4. Click the date box, which will open a calendar pop-up. Select the new assignment date and click the Change Due Date button.

Deleting Assignments

Follow steps 1-4 above. Instead of changing the due date, click the Delete Assignment button. You're done!

Previous assignments will no longer be available after moving a user to a different group. You will not be able to edit or delete the assignments after moving the member.

We recommend reviewing existing assignments in the original group's Command Center, deleting the assignments, moving the user(s), and re-adding the assignments in the new group's Command Center.
