Customization for each report
For all of our reports, you can make the following selections:
Current Group |
This is only the group you are currently building the report from, and is always included in your report.

Include Subgroups |
This will give the option to include all or certain subgroups beneath the current group you are building the report from.
|
If you include any subgroups, you will see a "Group Name" column that will tell you which group the user is in. If you do not include subgroups, it is assumed that all members are part of the group you are currently building from.
You can also set the time period you want to see, from these options:
Last Week |
Last week will be activity from the previous Monday until the most recent Monday.

Last 4 Weeks |
Last week will be activity from 5 Mondays ago until the most recent Monday.
|
Last 12 Weeks |
Last week will be activity from 13 Mondays ago until the most recent Monday.
|
All Time |
All activity for the users included in the report. This is the default option.
|
Custom Range |
If you select a date range, the data will include only complete weeks within the range you select.

Columns with a Time Stamp will display the time zone in which the report was created in the column name.. For example, it would say "Date Started (America/Chicago)".
When using the "Last Week," "Last 4 Weeks," "Last 12 Weeks," or "Custom Range" time period, a week starts and ends on Monday at midnight in your local time zone.
Scheduled reports run at midnight UTC, regardless of which time period is selected. UTC is ahead of US time zones, so a report scheduled to run every Monday will run on Sunday at 7pm EST, 6pm CST, 5pm MST, or 4pm PST.
If you want a report to include a full week through the end of day Monday, we recommend scheduling the report to run on Tuesdays (since it will run at midnight UTC on Tuesday).

When creating this report, you can make specific content selections based on what you would like to see. These are optional.

Total Courses Started |
Number of courses this user has started during the selected time frame

Number of courses this user has completed during the selected time frame

Recent Course |
The last course this user logged activity in during the selected time frame

Recent Course Percentage |
The percent progress on the Recent Course named in the last column

Learning Paths Overview
Learning Paths Started |
Number of Learning Paths this user has started during the selected time frame

Learning Paths Completed |
Number of Learning Paths this user has completed during the selected time frame

Recent Learning Path |
The last Learning Path this user logged activity in during the selected time frame

Recent Learning Path Percentage |
The percent progress on the Recent Learning Path named in the last column

Competency Paths Overview
Competency Paths Started |
Number of Competency Paths this user has started during the selected time frame
|
Competency Paths Completed |
Number of Competency Paths this user has completed during the selected time frame

Recent Competency Path |
The last Competency Path this user logged activity in during the selected time frame

Recent Competency Path Percentage |
The percent progress on the Recent Competency Path named in the last column

Total Assignments |
Number of assignments given this user during the selected time frame

Number of assignments completed by this user during the selected time frame

Assignments Overdue |
Number of assignments that became overdue for this user during the selected time frame. This includes assignments completed after the due date.

Member Assessment Score Report Selections
Only one score can show per user, per Welcome Assessment, so you will choose one or the other:
Most Recent Score |
This will be the last score recorded for the user on all of the Welcome Assessments

Best Score |
This will be the highest % score recorded for the user on all of the Welcome Assessments
