The Toolbox is an always-on place for you to find the help you need - in the moment you need it.

The Toolbox is your support system - whether you're learning or running reports, the Toolbox is there to support you! 

You can find the Toolbox in the bottom right-hand corner of the app. You can find things such product tours, inspiration from other training programs, and easy access to support articles. 

For Administrators:
The Admin Toolbox is your go-to, 24/7 support center. Whether you're learning, managing teams and/or running reports, the Admin Toolbox is there to support you. You can find the Toolbox in the bottom right-hand corner of the app. You can find things such product tours, inspiration from other training programs, and easy access to support articles.

For Learners:
Whether you're new to SkillMill or an experienced user looking for info, the Learner Toolbox is an always-available resource that includes information divided among three main categories:
  • Getting Started: Includes guides to get the most from your dashboard, setting a points goal, finding relevant content, and completing your profile.
  • What's new?: Includes links to and information about new content, helping to make sure you don't miss any updates.
  • Self Help Hub: Includes the most-viewed articles as well as instructions on how to reach support, giving you the resources needed if you ever encounter any issues.
