How do I remove a team member from a group?

Removing a team member from a group removes their access and data from that group.

Removing a team member from a group removes their access to that group. Group administrators for that group will no longer be able to see that team member or access their data while viewing the group.

If you are trying to remove a team member's access to SkillMill because they are no longer with your organization, either temporarily or permanently, you can deactivate that team member instead.

Remove a User from a Group

To remove one or more users from a group, go to that group or subgroup and then select the Team Members tab.

Select the team members you wish to remove from that group by using the select boxes next to their name and then select the Remove button.

The team members will be removed from that group.
